Tier I - Basic Public & Media relations

Basic tactical media and public engagement training equips law enforcement officers, service members, and public-facing personnel with the practical communication skills needed to interact effectively with media, community stakeholders, and the public. Training covers message discipline, non-spokesperson responsibilities, press interaction protocols, on-camera techniques, and incident-level communications during routine operations and low-visibility events. The goal is to build confidence, clarity, and professionalism at the point of engagement while maintaining organizational credibility and mission focus.

Tier II - Advanced Public & Media relations

Advanced operational communications training prepares organizational communications staff, public information officers, and agency units to manage public affairs activities during high-visibility incidents and multi-agency events. Instruction focuses on coordinated messaging, information environment awareness, media response planning, interagency information sharing, and rapid narrative development during emerging situations. Practical scenario-based exercises reinforce decision-making under time pressure, helping agencies reduce reputational risk, maintain public trust, and ensure alignment with policy, legal considerations, and command intent.

Tier III - Executive Public & Media relations

Executive strategic communications training provides commanders, executive leaders, and senior government officials with the tools to shape narrative, manage political and reputational risk, and communicate effectively during crises, complex operations, and periods of heightened public scrutiny. Training emphasizes strategic messaging, executive spokesperson preparation, government and media stakeholder dynamics, interagency coordination, and the strategic information environment. Leaders learn how communications influence operational outcomes, policy decisions, public trust, and long-term organizational legitimacy.
